Our Team: Stronger Together

Salomon & Ludwin has two names on the door and only a slightly  larger number of people working beyond that door. The emphasis here is not on quantity, but on the knowledge, wisdom and experience of those people. We speak with one voice.

We have strong convictions. We have a process for everything.  We do not re-invent ourselves to “win” clients.  Each client is a client of the Team.

At the same time, our Association with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network allows us to access the resources of one of the nation’s largest financial services companies.

Dalal Maria Salomon

CEO and Founding Partner

“They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.” – Carl W. Buechner

Focusing, always, on “what is best for the client” and believing that in order to excel you must have the ability and willingness to see through the eyes and hearts of others. Some call it empathy but it goes beyond that. It is understanding that our relationships with our clients is about so much more than money. It’s about making a difference in people’s lives. Respect. Trust. Being genuine. Always striving to improve.

Dalal began her career in 1984 with Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessor firms. She founded Salomon & Ludwin, LLC in 2009 with her Partner, Dan Ludwin.

Daniel B. Ludwin

President and Founding Partner

“To laugh often and much…to win the respect of intelligent people and affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics, and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you lived. This is to have succeeded.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
With his uncanny skill in the use of analogies, he is able to turn the complex into “easy to understand.”

Sensitive and thoughtful.

Fiercely analytical and logical.

Dan leads the team with his vision for creating  portfolio strategies.  With a creative mind and a natural ability to think “out of the box,” he is constantly questioning the status quo with an eye, always, towards improvement.

Dan began his career in financial services in 1995 and founded Salomon & Ludwin, LLC in 2009 with his partner, Dalal Salomon.
